Have you ever meal-prepped for breakfast, or is it usually just for meals you can have for lunch and dinner?

Yeah, I thought so.

I’m a big proponent of anything and everything that makes the start of my day a little easier. I lay my clothes and pack everything (except my phone and charger) in the bag I plan to use the previous night but end up leaving the house without having any breakfast.

This is about to change though.

Breakfast can be one of the easiest meals to make ahead of time, and it doesn’t have to take any longer than 10 to 15 minutes from start to finish. From overnight oats to yogurt bowls, smoothies, and more, breakfast options are endless, and they don’t have to take forever to meal prep either.

Choose to spend a little extra time at the beginning of the week to set yourself up for success by making one of these easy meal-prep breakfast recipes, and never worry about having to skip breakfast again when you’re on the move.
