How To: Stuffed Chicken Breast…

On the day I decided to make this very simple and tasty meal, I documented almost every step of the process.

Every once in a while I like reminding people that I can throw down in the kitchen. It’s me simply letting you into the other side of who I am.

This is an easy one that does not require a lot of time. The end result, amazing.

What you need

Chicken breasts

Spinach leaves

Cheddar cheese, grated



1 onion

Garlic powder


Cumin powder

Salt to taste and any other spices of your choice

What to do

In a frying pan, add some oil and cut onions, fry over medium heat for a minute, then add the spinach and continue stirring for about 2-3 minutes, or until cooked. Set aside.


Place chicken on a flat surface. Cut a slit or pocket about ¾ of the way through each breast, try not to cut all the way through.

Mix all the spices together, add salt and sprinkle on both sides of the pieces of chicken until well-seasoned.


Stuff chicken breasts with the spinach. Add cheese.

Use toothpicks to thread chicken breasts near the openings to secure them.


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees (Gas Mark 6)

Place the chicken pieces on the oven tray and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked.

Transfer the chicken breasts to serving plates. Carefully remove and discard the toothpicks. Serve immediately.
